Our desserts are freshly made and perishable, so we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered or collected. If something is not right — damaged, incorrect or not of satisfactory quality — contact us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund it. Any agreed refund is made to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery policy
We offer free local delivery within 5 miles, then £1 per additional mile up to a 20-mile radius. Click & collect orders are usually ready in about an hour. Delivery times are arranged at checkout.
